Gutsy CM Vijay Demands Pending Funds From Modi On Stage

In the recent past, several politicians across India had been facing complaints about complete surrender to the Narendra Modi Government at the centre. Whenever there is a public event involving Modi, these politicians are known to elevate him using elevation stanzas.

But the case of Tamil Nadu chief minister Vijay is slightly different as he has shown a lot of spine while addressing a public meeting in the presence of Modi yesterday.

While taking part in this public event, in the presence of Modi, Tamil Nadu CM Vijay asked the Centre to immediately release the Rs 5100 funds that are destined for the state. He made this straightforward comment while Modi was seated on the stage alongside.

Along with this, the CM requested Modi and his government to consider multiple railway projects to Tamil Nadu, including Chennai and Kanyakumari route while also asking for enhanced roadway projects.

He had also requested for the financial grants from the centre that are pending for Tamil Nadu and made his point very clear that the interests of the state are far superior to anything.

At a time when several politicians have been completely surrendering to Modi and confining their public appearance to his praises and appeasements, Vijay has shown his gutsy side by making these appeals for TN right in front of the PM.
