CM Babu’s First Reaction On Jagan’s U-turn On CEC

The election commission has become the central point of several discussions in all of India due to the ongoing protest from the opposition parties and the cockroach janta party as well.

Even the designated opposition leader of Andhra Pradesh, Jagan has started to consistently raise his voice against the election commission. He had even said he regrets the earlier move to support the center’s change of direction while appointing the CEC.

Jagan had been giving the strong implication that the central government has ruined the election commission procedure and even sided with the cockroach movement in the recent while.

However, this new shift of direction from Jagan has invited sharp criticism from chief minister Chandrababu Naidu, as he exploited the double standards of the YCP chief.

Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu accused YS Jagan of double standards on election authorities, and said he is using Gen Z as political pawns for political gain.

Babu pointed out that the support for constitutional authorities should not depend on political convenience. He gave the strong application that Jagan was perfectly fine with the election commission and its operations when he won the election in 2019. But after a bat result in 2024, the same Jagan is accusing the very same EC all of a sudden.

Naidu also alleged that factional leaders and criminal elements lure youngsters into crime and criticised political patronage of such elements, stressing the need to protect young people.
