AP State Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar appears to be in no mood to rest until the Panchayat elections begin. Post the Supreme Court’s verdict, Nimmagadda got himself even busier and is holding meetings and reviews continuously. Now he would be going on a tour to check the preparatory works for the elections.
Accordingly, Nimmagadda will be visiting three Rayalaseema districts tomorrow and the day after. Tomorrow at 7:45 AM, Nimmagadda will catch a flight to Bengaluru and from the garden city, he will reach Anantapur by road. The district officials are informed regarding the SEC’s visit and the meeting is scheduled from 2 PM.
After this, Nimmagadda will travel to Kurnool at 3:30 PM and he might be reaching the place by 5:30. From 6 to 7:30 PM, SEC will meet the Kurnool district poll officials and Saturday, Nimmagadda will reach AP CM YS Jagan’s home district Kadapa.
The schedule of Kadapa district visit is yet to be confirmed but the visit is in his plan. All these are giving sleepless nights to officers on election duty.
