‘For ‘Rajanna Rajyam’ Sharmila Should Walk With Us’

The political entry of YS Sharmila is still making noise in Telangana politics. While the TRS is maintaining a complete silence on this issue, Congress and BJP are suspecting a conspiracy. BJP which has become a force in Telangana reckons that this is a game plan of Telangana CM KCR to checkmate his son KTR.

On the other hand Congress has a different version. A few leaders claimed that Sharmila is most welcome in politics as this is a democratic country. But Sangareddy MLA Jagga Reddy thinks otherwise and makes a relevant statement.

In her speech Sharmila added that her aim is to bring back ‘Rajanna Rajyam’ in Telangana. Taking a cue from this, Jagga Reddy said, it was the Congress party in power when YSR was CM. “Yes YSR did a lot for the farmers and he has done everything being a true Congressman. For Sharmila to bring back ‘Rajanna Rajyam’ Sharmila should walk with us,” said Jagga Reddy.

However the firebrand leader suspects that this might be a plot of BJP to further weaken Congress in Telangana. Oozing confidence, Jagga Reddy claimed that despite BJP, KCR or Sharmila, Congress party is still strong in the state and we have the capacity to win the next Assembly elections.

Keeping the other comments aside, Jagga Reddy’s statement on ‘Rajanna Rajyam’ makes true sense as YSR was a Congress loyalist without any doubt.
