‘Not Rajanna Rajyam…Rama Rajyam in Telangana’

YS Sharmila is making swift moves post announcing her political entry. She is on her way to Khammam some time back to meet YSR supporters and tribal women of agency areas. Sharmila’s back-to-back political activities are making headlines. Leaders across parties in Telangana are welcoming Sharmila on one hand and simultaneously taking pot-shots too.

Nizamabad MP Dharmapuri Aravind took at a dig at Sharmila. Speaking to the media in New Delhi, Aravind said, “Telangana needs Rama Rajyam… No Rajanna Rajyam. But I wish her good luck for stepping to politics.”

On the GHMC Mayor election, Aravind commented he expected the TRS and MIM’s strategy long back. “We knew KCR’s game plan to take over the GHMC Mayor seat, it got exposed at the right time. We are not surprise but our party will continue play the key opposition role in the twin cities,” said Aravind.

On KCR’s comment the Nizamabad MP criticised the CM that it is an usual practice for KCR to announce sops before the elections and forget them after winning. “Under any circumstances, BJP will repeat the results of Dubbaka and GHMC in Nagarajunasagar too,” added Aravind.
