Drugs Scandal: Who Are Those 3 TRS MLAs?

The recently unearthed drug scandal in Bengaluru has reportedly landed three unnamed TRS MLAs in trouble. While the involvement of one MLA in the drugs case has been ascertained by the Bengaluru Police already, the fate of two other MLAs will be sealed in a few days once the cops gather required evidence.

Latest media reports states that the Bengaluru Police have also found preliminary evidence of a Tollywood hero’s involvement in the scandal. Cops had already questioned the actor in Bengaluru for two days. Also, a noted Telangana activist’s role in peddling the banned narcotics to the TRS MLAs is being probed by the cops.

On February 26th, the Bengaluru East Division police arrested a Nigerian gang which supplied drugs to popular Sandalwood producer Shankar Gowda. Drugs worth crores of rupees were seized in the operation. During the investigation, cops unearthed the link to the TRS MLAs’ involvement in the procurement of drugs.
