Court Accepts RRR’s Petition On Jagan’s Bail

Narsapuram MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju who filed a petition against AP CM YS Jagan seeking the bail cancellation in connection with disproportionate assets cases, has an update. The special CBI Court has accepted the MP RRR’s petition and added that this petition would come for hearing next Thursday i.e, on April 22nd.

However, before accepting this petition of RRR, some dramatic scenes took place. Initially the CBI court has declined to take up the petition citing missing of key documents and added that this petition is not eligible for hearing. But then RRR jumped into action immediately and has taken the CBI Court’s objections into consideration and provided necessary documents.

The fresh petition was accepted and the CBI court informed RRR that the petition would come for hearing on the above mentioned date.

In his petition, RRR appealed to the court to cancel Jagan’s bail and send him to jail and ensure the trials progress at a fast pace.
