First Day Shock: Case On Chandrababu For Breaking Lockdown Rules

With back and forth decisions on visiting Andhra Pradesh since the Vizag gas leak incident, opposition leader Chandrababu finally made it to the state in his own vehicle convoy and a lot of supporters welcomed him in. But he received a shock on day one itself.

A police case has been filed against Chandrababu Naidu for breaking the rules of lockdown during his travel from Hyderabad, by getting down from the car on his way and greeting the large groups of people. The case read that Chandrababu Naidu broke the lockdown rules and he indirectly helped the virus spread.

The case has been filed by a Chittoor resident Mohammad Ali, but YSRC MLA Vennapoosa Gopal Reddy filed a complaint with High court against Chandrababu Naidu, for snubbing the rules of lockdown.

The complaint in the High court against the TDP chief turned interesting as the court earlier warned YSRC MLAs for not following the strict lockdown rules. The visuals and other proofs showing Chandrababu Naidu ignoring the rules were submitted to AP DGP, Vijayawada Police Commissioner, Krishna district SI by complainant Ali at Thotavallur police station.

The copy of the complaint turned viral on social media. The complaint found fault with a large number of TDP supporters flocking at welcome Chandrababu Naidu during the crisis time, where the social distancing is a thumb rule to be followed.

Chandrababu Naidu’s former plan was to visit and console Vizag gas leak victim families, but could not implement it due to the cancellation of flights. Chandrababu will be visiting the victim families on Tuesday, but TDP cadre is much worried about the consequences of the case filed as all the arrangements for party’s Mahanadu on Wednesday and Thursday, was made.
