MDH and Everest Masalas Under Serious Trouble

The U.S. FDA is investigating Indian spice makers MDH and Everest after Hong Kong and Singapore halted sales of their products due to alleged cancer-causing pesticide levels. The FDA is gathering additional information about the situation, as MDH and Everest are under Indian regulator’s scrutiny for quality standards. The spices are popular in India and sold in Europe, Asia, and North America.
