50 Shops Reduced to Ashes @ Chandni Chowk

A devastating fire engulfed the Old Katra Marwadi Market in Chandni Chowk, Delhi, destroying over 50 shops and two buildings. The blaze, caused by a short circuit in an air conditioner, spread rapidly due to combustible materials. Traders estimate losses in crores, with many shops selling flammable goods like sarees and dupattas.
