Main Accused in Hathras Stampede Surrenders in Delhi

Devprakash Madhukar, the main accused in the deadly Hathras stampede that killed 121 people, has surrendered in Delhi. Madhukar, the ‘mukhya sevadar’ of the religious gathering where the tragedy occurred, was taken into custody by Uttar Pradesh Police after his surrender. The stampede happened on July 2.
