Maharashtra Bans Energy Drinks Sales Near Schools

The Maharashtra government has banned the sale of high-caffeine energy drinks within a 500-meter radius of schools. This move is aimed at protecting students’ well-being. The state’s Food and Drug Administration will soon issue an order to implement the ban, ensuring energy drinks with excessive caffeine content are not accessible near educational institutions.
