The court has deferred the hearing on the bail plea of K Kavitha, a leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party, in the Delhi excise policy case. Kavitha was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for her alleged involvement in the case. The court will now hear the matter on a later date.
