The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has begun preparing a proposal for a new cable-stayed bridge across the Mir Alam Tank in Hyderabad. The bridge will connect Chinthalmet Road to the Hyderabad-Bengaluru National Highway, spanning 2.65 km. The project aims to reduce commute time and provide a recreational space for residents.
