A fire erupted on the Indian Navy warship INS Brahmaputra at Mumbai’s Naval Dockyard on Sunday. The blaze was extinguished by Monday morning, but the ship suffered damage and capsized. All crew members were accounted for except one junior sailor, who remains missing. The Navy has ordered an inquiry into the incident.
