Spouses of H-1B visa holders can now work in the US after a court ruling upheld an Obama-era policy. The decision, made by a Washington DC judge, allows H-4 visa holders to apply for work authorization, benefiting thousands of families, many from India, who can now contribute their skills to the US workforce.
