Odisha Makes History: Paid Menstrual Leave for Women!

Odisha government announced one day paid menstrual leave for women employees in state government and private sector on Independence Day. The leave can be taken on first or second day of the cycle and is optional. This progressive move aims to support women’s health and well-being at work.
