The UK Home Office has announced an increase in immigration and nationality fees starting April 8, 2026. The hike will impact work, study and visit visas, along with settlement applications and sponsor licences. Most charges are expected to rise by around 6–7%, adding to the cost for migrants and employers planning to move or hire talent in the United Kingdom.
