Andhra Pradesh Assembly unanimously passed a resolution proposing Amaravati as the Capital and sent it to the Central Government. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that the Parliament is likely to approve it on April 1st and once that is done, the State Government plans Celebrations across the state.
