Court Shock for Rakshit Shetty Over ‘Bachelor Party’ Songs

The Delhi High Court has fined Rakshit Shetty ₹5 lakh for unauthorised use of songs in the film Bachelor Party. The court found that portions of old songs were used without permission from the copyright holder. While considering his apology, the court avoided jail time and ordered the fine to settle the contempt issue.
