The Delhi High Court ordered the immediate removal of the controversial 2000s track “Mafia Mundheer (Volume 1)” associated with Yo Yo Honey Singh. The court ruled that the song contains grossly vulgar and obscene lyrics derogatory to women. It stressed that a civilised society cannot permit such content to remain available on digital platforms.
