Court Restores Blocked X Account “Dr Nimo Yadav”

The Delhi High Court ordered immediate restoration of parody X accounts “Dr Nimo Yadav” and “Nehr Who”, blocked under Ministry of Electronics and IT directives. While the accounts are reinstated, specific flagged tweets remain temporarily withheld. The court emphasized adherence to Section 69A IT Act and natural justice, directing account holders to appear before the MeitY Review Committee.
