The ongoing war has severely disrupted global aviation, with more than 10,000 flights by Indian carriers cancelled since the conflict began on February 28. Airlines that earlier operated around 300–350 daily flights to the region are now running only 80–90 flights per day due to airspace restrictions and safety concerns. The crisis has affected lakhs of passengers and forced airlines to reroute or suspend several international services.
