Andhra Pradesh is setting up 107 new waste processing centres across 107 urban local bodies in 10 clusters, with a ₹528 crore investment. The facilities will handle 5,385 TPD of waste. Targeted for completion by mid-June, the project aims to create India’s largest decentralised urban waste management network and improve city sanitation.
