Nashik Court denies interim anticipatory bail to TCS employee Nida Khan. Facing allegations, Nida Khan has approached the court for Anticipatory Bail citing that she is two months pregnant and not the main accused. The complainant’s lawyer filed an application seeking time to submit their written response, which the court allowed, granting time till April 27.
