Former minister Periyakaruppan has moved the Madras High Court after losing to Seenivasa Sethupathi by just one vote. He sought interim relief to stop Sethupathi from taking oath. A special Sunday hearing will be held by Justices L Victoria Gowri and N Senthilkumar. However, Vijay still reportedly has the support of 120 MLAs, keeping government formation safe for now.
