During 2025-26, 10.62 lakh new vehicles hit the roads in Telangana. A study conducted by the Transport Department revealed that an average of 2,900 vehicles are purchased per day. A total of 5.60 lakh new vehicles were registered in these Ranga Reddy, Medchal, and Hyderabad districts alone, implying that 50 percent of all vehicle purchases in the state
