Court’s Shock To TVK MLA Who Won By 1-Vote Majority!

In a major setback to TVK, the Madras High Court barred MLA-elect Srinivasa Sethupathi from participating in the Assembly confidence vote over alleged postal ballot discrepancies. The court observed prima facie evidence in the complaint and ordered preservation of all postal ballots and related video footage.
