Govt Cracks Down On Telegram Over Piracy

The Centre has reportedly issued a notice to Telegram over the widespread circulation of pirated films and OTT content. The Information and Broadcasting Ministry has directed the platform to take immediate action and submit an Action Taken Report within 15 days to safeguard India’s creator economy and entertainment industry.
