Delhi High Court declined to entertain Kalvakuntla Kavitha’s plea seeking approval for the party name Telangana Rakshana Samithi. The court advised her to first respond to the Election Commission’s objections, stating that intervening at this stage would amount to interfering with the poll body’s statutory process.
