Amid the ongoing controversy over the ethanol policy, Nitin Gadkari said he gains no financial benefit from it. The Union minister stated that India produces nearly 1,500 crore litres of ethanol annually, while his own share contributes just 0.07 percent of the country’s total ethanol production.
