After a zero FIR was lodged on her over using abusive and derogatory language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the recent NEET protests, Nodia girl Ruchika Singh has publicly expressed regret and apologised for her remarks in her video, she claimed to be 15 years old and requested to forgive her.
