US Tightens Green Card Rules From September 18

The US is set to introduce stricter Green Card rules from September 18, making the public charge assessment tougher for applicants. USCIS will examine factors including age, health, income, education, family situation and job skills more closely. In certain cases, applicants may also be required to provide a financial bond to prove self sufficiency.
