A road accident near ITO in Delhi left several people injured, including two MLAs. Kirari MLA Anil Jha and Karnataka MLA Abhay Patil were among those travelling in one of the vehicles. Their vehicle reportedly collided with another car that had a couple and their two young children. The impact left multiple occupants with minor injuries.
Soon after the accident, ambulances were called and all the injured persons were taken to LNJP Hospital for medical attention. The accident resulted in both vehicles being badly affected, causing some disturbance to traffic movement in the area.
Fire brigade teams reached the location and removed the vehicles from the road. Officials are now looking into the exact reason behind the collision. More details are expected after the preliminary inquiry is completed.
