The Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea by Vimal Elaichi makers challenging show cause notices issued to Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Tiger Shroff. The Maharashtra FDA had issued the notices over alleged misrepresentation of the product in advertisements. The court’s decision means the celebrity ambassadors will continue to face the proceedings.
