All is not well between Indian cricket’s former skippers Virat Kohli and Saurav Ganguly. Ever since it is known to all, the videos of them in one frame have been going viral and cricket fans have been finding more and more faceoffs between them.
After the recent incident of Virat Kohli avoiding a handshake with Saurav Ganguly after the RCB wins over DC in an IPL match, here is yet another video showing their ‘differences’.
In the latest viral video, Virat Kohli was sitting in the pavilion all set to bat and that is when Ganguly passes by on the field. Virat Kohli stares at him with a tough face for two or three complete Mississippis, until somebody else disturbed him with a hello. This video of Virat has gone viral now.
Virat Kohli seemed to be upset over the way to change in captaincy in all three formats of the Indian team. Ganguly said it was a call that the BCCI and the selectors took together. According to Ganguly, the BCCI has requested Virat to not sep seen as the T20 skipper, but he did not agree.
But according to Kohli, there was no prior communication with him at all since he announced the T20 captaincy decision until the 8th of December. He was told that the selectors had decided that he won’t be ODI captain and to which he replied, ‘Okay fine’.
The captaincy sacking episode triggered a rift between them and Virat Kohli also stopped following Ganguly on Instagram, but the latter is still following Virat.
