MS Dhoni, renowned as one of the most outstanding leaders in cricket, showcased his leadership skills once again as he guided the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to their 10th Indian Premier League (IPL) final. In a thrilling match, CSK defeated the Gujarat Titans by 15 runs, securing their place in the finale. On Sunday, they will compete for their fifth IPL crown at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

During the post-match presentation, Dhoni acknowledged that he can be demanding and even “annoying” at times, as he expects a high level of focus from his players. When asked about how he manages to bring out the best in his team, the CSK captain made this remark.

Regarding his retirement, which has been a subject of much discussion, Dhoni did not provide a specific timeline but mentioned that a decision would be made in the next 8 to 9 months. He expressed that he has ample time to decide and highlighted that the IPL auction is scheduled for December.

Dhoni assured that he will always remain connected to CSK, stating that he has been away from home since January and has been training since March. He expressed his gratitude for the team and his commitment to CSK.
