Hyderabadi Tennis sensation Sania Mirza, has been the subject of many rumours in the recent times. After it has come out that she was likely to contest as an MLA or MP of Congress party, that didn’t happen. And now, rumors are suggesting she plans to marry cricketer Mohammad Shami.
The rumors gained traction as both Sania and Shami have recently gone through divorces. Sania finalized her divorce from Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik earlier this year, while Shami is also separated from his wife, Hasin Jahan.
However, Sania’s father, Imran Mirza, has firmly dismissed these speculations, calling them “complete rubbish” and emphasizing there is no truth to the claims.
Imran Mirza categorically denied the rumors, stating Sania had not even met Shami. The rumors appear to have originated from a morphed image that went viral on social media, showing Sania and Shami in wedding attire, but the original image was from Sania’s marriage to Shoaib Malik in 2010.
