Ahead Of Big Finale, Virat Kohli Faces Injury Scare

The much anticipated finale of the ongoing champions trophy is scheduled to be played this afternoon, and this stage is firmly set for the same. The final game is set to be played between India and New Zealand starting at 2:30 in the afternoon today.

However, in what could be considered a huge detrimental update ahead of the big finale, Indian star Virat Kohli is facing an injury scare.

According to reports, Kohli has injured his knee while practising ahead of the final, and this has meant that he is availability for the final clash is under jeopardy.

There is no affirmative update on whether or not, Kohli has sustained an injury, strong enough to keep him away from the game or whether he would recover quickly and be available.

The medical team is continuously assessing the situation and the final call will be taken based on the last assessment that will be made just a couple of hours before the start of the game.
