In exactly a week from today, the 2025 edition of IPL will be starting with the opening match to be played between Bangalore and Kolkata. In the meanwhile, here is a piece of positive information that could greatly excite Sunrisers Hyderabad followers.
Talented young batting all round Nitish Kumar Reddy, who was away from the team for the last few weeks due to injury has reportedly been cleared for IPL now.
Nitish Reddy, who had to stay away from team India in the champions trophy due to injury has recovered on time for the IPL now. He has completed the famous and mandatory yo-yo test with a score of 18.1, meaning he is cleared to play.
Reddy will be joining the Hyderabad camp tomorrow, March 16, and will start training with the group. He will need to be match ready in just a week and for that to happen, he must be on point with the net practice sessions.
After having presenting his case in the global cricketing arena with Hyderabad Nitish Reddy came a long way with the national team as well. Now he started to be an integral part of the Hyderabad team in this year’s tournament.
There were certain doubts about the availability and fitness of Nitish Reddy due to the injury, but luckily he got cleared on time for the start of IPL and will now readily take part in the same.
