It is already known that the Indian cricket jersey underwent a significant makeover after the previous jersey sponsor, Dream11 was sidelined by the BCCI. The latest news is that Apollo Tyres is the new jersey sponsor for Indian team, and now we have a first glimpse of this brand new jersey.
In a related picture, that is now going viral on social media, we get to see Indian youngster and Telugu-born cricketer Nitish Reddy in freshly remade Indian jersey.
In this New Jersey, we clearly see the imprint of the new sponsor Apollo and they will be sponsoring the Indian jersey for the next few years. This new deal that was struck for the sponsorship is one of the biggest ever financial deals in Indian cricket, and this was warranted by the exit of Dream11.
India will first be flaunting this brand new jersey in the upcoming series against Australia, which is going to start on October 19. And for now, we have a clear view of the colour scheme and branding that is going to be on display with this attire.
