Another Humiliation Loading for Team India?

The performance of the Indian test team in home conditions has been pathetic under Gautham Gambhir’s coaching. After having lost the earlier serious to New Zealand 3-0 and getting badly humiliated, India is possible, looking at another massive defeat.

Incidentally, India had already lost the first test match of the ongoing test series against South Africa. This made the second test match all the more important and everyone thought India would bring their absolute A game to this second test match.

India is currently in a pathetic situation in the game after conceding 489 runs in the first innings for South Africa and then scoring just 201 before getting all out. 

Before they start of third day’s play South Africa are in a very comfortable position as they lead the game by a margin of 314 runs. It would take a monumental effort from team India to get back in the game from this point and chances are looking very slim now.

The absence of testing, captain Shubman Gill, and the depleted quality of the team itself is showing negative effects. But whatever might be the reason, India simply can’t defend the fact that they had already lost the previous home test series to New Zealand and now find themselves in a horrific position against South Africa.
