Breaking: India Wins U19 World Cup!

The Indian under 19 cricket team has made the entire nation proud by winning the ongoing 50 over World Cup that got concluded with the final held today. 

Indian under 19 cricket team was able to beat the England under 19 team by a comfortable version of hundred runs in the finale today and are the new champions of the world in the U19 format.

Batting first, India scored a massive 411 runs in the first innings and this was largely thanks to the sensational innings played by Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who scored 175 runs from 80 deliveries. 

In response, England bat reasonably well as they scored 311 runs in the second innings. But the target set by India was considerable enough that England could not come close to chasing it down and ended up losing by hundred runs.

This significant victory would essentially mean that the Indian under 19 legacy is beyond all comprehension as the men in blue have won the trophy a record six times. 

And now, the focus will soon shift onto the T20 World Cup, which is going to start tomorrow, and India will be starting as one of the title favourites for the same.
