For some reason, Sunrisers Hyderabad franchise and also the Hyderabad city Police enforce district test, regulations and restrictions when it comes to entry into the Uppal Stadium. Perhaps Hyderabad has the toughest security arrangements for any city in the country.

This frequently leads to several complications as the police authorities at the stadium do not allow earphones or smart watches into the arena.

Now something extremely unexpected has happened at the Hyderabad Stadium, and this has resulted in fans protesting outside the premises.

Reportedly Hyderabad city Police and the security authorities at the stadium have rejected entry to the fans who had been carrying wallets. The authorities made it very clear that they will not permit anyone into the Stadium while carrying a wallet. 

This created an absolute panic situation outside the stadium as fans have started to protest against the same as it was not mentioned before that wallets are not allowed into the stadium. They are pointing out that how can the authorities expect people to come to the stadium without any cash and cards without a wallet. 

This has resulted in a very peculiar situation outside the stadium, just minutes before the start of the game, and we have to see how this controversy would be dealt with. 

There have been several issues with the security arrangements at Hyderabad Stadium in the past. But at the same time, we can’t criticise the security authorities as well, considering that they are doing their best possible job to secure the stadium to the fullest capacity.
