IPL El Classico Today, But Without Dhoni & Rohit?

One of the most anticipated games of the IPL is going to happen today as Mumbai Indians will be taking on Chennai Super Kings in a game that is traditionally called the El Classico of the tournament. 

But the big clash between Mumbai and Chennai, this year will not be the same as two crucial superstars are likely to miss out on the action.

On one hand, Chennai’s Dhoni, who had been recovering from a leg injury is still doubtful for the game against Mumbai tonight. The hope and anticipation to watch Dhoni at the iconic Mumbai Stadium looks very bleak now.

On the other hand, we have the case of Rohit Sharma who injured himself in the earlier game and is unavailable for selection. He had been recovering well from the injury, but the timeline is such that he might not recover on time for the Chennai game. 

It appears to be that the big game between Mumbai and Chennai will have to progress without the presence of two of the biggest superstar in both teams, MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma.

This game will simply not be the same without these two iconic superstar who had been pioneering their franchise for a decade and half. 

But nevertheless, some solid cricketing action is expected from this high profile clash, which is going to start at 7:30 PM tonight.
