High Flying SRH Humbled, Bad Result Bad Time!

SRH has been the team to look out for this season with their insane batting performances for the last few games. The consistency with which Hyderabad had been scoring over 200 runs in almost all the innings is phenomenal.

However, the flying Sunrisers Hyderabad got humbled badly last night by the table topping Gujarat Titans team.

When Gujarat batter first and scored just 168 runs, everyone thought this would be an easy chase for the Hyderabad team, which has been phenomenal with the bat.

However, Hyderabad was so very pathetic with the bat that they ended up getting bowled out for just 86 runs. This will go down as one of the worst batting performance by Hyderabad in its recent history.

None of the batsmen applied themselves into the game while chasing a very modest target of just 169 runs. Subsequently, the team got brutally humbled against Gujarat, which is now at the top of the points table.

But regardless of this result, Hyderabad is still in a comfortable position on the points table as they are currently ranked third. But this humiliating defeat comes at the worst possible time, as we have to see if Hyderabad will be deflated with the same or whether they’d bounce back with double the intensity.
