Yesterday happened to be one of the most entertaining days in the ongoing season of IPL as Chennai Super Kings came up against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Firstly, there was a major disappointment after it was announced that Mahendra Singh Dhoni who was expected to play his farewell game in Chennai last night wasn’t a part of the squad. It was categorically confirmed that he could be available for the next game, which will likely be the last game for CSK but even this isn’t for certain.
On the other hand, Chennai found themselves in a very pathetic situation last night after losing Hyderabad as their chances of qualifying for the play-offs have taken a massive beating.
This was followed by something, extremely unexpected from SRH player Ishan Kishan, who created an absolute menacing situation by tormenting CSK fans.
Shortly after the completion of the game, Ishan Kishan gestured towards CSK fans in the stadium and asked them to take their whistles and go home. This is perhaps a strong reaction from Ishan to CSK fans as he aggressively mocked him.
We don’t know if fans booed him too much in the game which got a serious and menacing reaction from him but he was surprisingly aggressive while mocking the CSK supporters.
Overall, last night was a completely pathetic experience for CSK as they did not get to watch Dhoni, their team ended up bottling an important game and they received an aggressive send off from Ishan.
