American business magnate and one of the world’s most successful investors Warren Buffet is all set to enter Hyderabad’s realty market. Warren Buffet’s company Berkshire Hathaway is going to start its realty firm in Hyderabad along with other prominent cities in the country.
According to reports, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (BHHS) has collaborated with Orenda India and formed Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Orenda India.
BHHS will do realty brokerage and act as an agency in buying and selling realty properties. It also does leasing, developing, project and development management including audit and compliance and capital markets and investment banking.
BHHS India is headed by Shrey Aeren who acts as the country head and the MD. “We aim to run 15 offices with over 1500 consultants and employees over the next 3 years. The top management at BHHS Orenda have monumental experience in the realty sector.”
“Being well versed with both sides of the table i.e. agency and development, put us in a privileged position to aid and advise our clients in their transactions, by comprehending the behind the scene scenario of the project,” the company stated in its website.
India’s realty market is expected to hit 1 trillion USD. BHHS would like to play a crucial role in the Indian realty sector.
