It’s chaos in Afghanistan. The Talibans have captured Kabul on Sunday and they have announced that the war is over after taking over the Presidential Palace. However, many Afghans and citizens of other countries are still stranded in Kabul airport.
There is a panic and people are desperate to leave the country. A video of the people surrounding the plane and in queue is caught on camera and is going viral. We see people taking the help of a ladder to get inside the plane at any cost. This is one of the saddest moments and a helpless situation in Afghanistan.
The video is posted on social media by BBC journalist Nicola Careem. The United Nations which is supposed to help Afghanistan in these tiring circumstances is playing a spectator role. There is no aid from other countries either.
Meanwhile the USA is sending another 1000 troops to evacuate its citizens and other people.
