Afghan Tragedy: Human Remains In Aircraft Wheels

The pictures and videos emerging from Kabul airport’s runaway are heartbreaking. The video showing two Afghans falling from the flight’s wings mid-air went viral all over. Not just that, a flight from Kabul reached the US and found that there are human remains stuck to the wheels and other landing gear of the flight.

US Airforce C-17 took off from Kabul airport on Monday and landed in Qatar Al-Udaid airbase on Tuesday. The flight crew reportedly found human remains in the landing gear wheel well.

The Afgan who were desperate to leave the country got onto wings and the wheels on Monday. The crew opined that they might have got stuck in the wheel gear well after the flight took off or they might have fallen under the wheels before the flight actually went into the air.

US Airforce ordered an investigation on the same while the officials revealed that they had to take the flight in the air as soon as possible due to the increasingly dangerous situation in Kabul at that time.
